The Lahneralm hut offers special free range egg pasta dishes.
Klaus from the Eggerhof farm rears chicken in free range and Erich uses the eggs they lay to prepare delicious egg pasta with which Annamarie prepares unique pasta dishes. Enjoy each forkful of it.
This year, the Schönrastalm has opened an alpine dairy. The cheese produced there can be tasted and bought.
The Schmieder-Alm restaurant menu offers special dishes like autunn flavored soup, buckwheat and wild greens dumplings with coleslaw, cottage cheese dumplings with seasonal fruit like strawberry, apricot, raspberry or plums dumplings.
